“The hotel was nice and comfortable. Not the nicest neighborhood but is gentrifying. Here’s the problem: the hotel does not allow you to bring a guest to your room. And they DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS ON EXPEDIA. Only after booking do they send you a confirmation with a lot of blather that most people (like myself) will never even notice or read, and it’s buried in with other standard and trivial information, toward the bottom.
