“Because I was in flight my reservation was canceled. No text or email no warning. I got there at midnight and was told I could book another room for the next day at standard prices. I just got a different hotel. After hearing what I went through the new hotel gave me a room at discount. That's called customer service!”

“The tub was dirty. Had a ring of nasty in it.
Sink in bathroom had a crack. Soaps were low. The tv was difficult to use. Waste of time to get tv to work. Tv was very little. The side door security lock was malfunctioning. Wasn’t worth the price paid. Very disappointed ”
