“This was a very clean "homey" hotel. More so than other run of the mill hotels. These guys had actual dishes, real coffee grounds, roku style tv, even the view out the back window was trees. It gave a real sense of home away from home. Wish i couldnt spent my whole trip at this hotel honestly. They really think out all you need for cresture comforts away fro. Home. I cant say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!! ”

“Clean homey house everything needed was there didnt really need anything but clothes and personal things. Nice and quiet neighborhood close to all the fun things.”

“There was 11 of us staying at the Riverview house and we fit perfectly. Ages ranged from 1 to 64. The house was very clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies and bathing supplies. The view of the river is amazing with lots of boats passing through. The field next to the house was great for some family sports like baseball and football. The communication was great with the owner and she even sent a few activities that were happening in town for the weekend we stayed. We have a yearly trip...

“We were two senior couples who came to Petoskey for a fall escape. We wandered around Petoskey one day and enjoyed the stores and outdoor dining. The next day we went to Mackinaw and rode bikes, did the steps to the arch and toured the Grand Hotel. The third day we went to Charlevoix and Harbor Bay.
