2nd floor unit Villages of 5 Points

A beautifully decorated 2nd floor condo, located above commercial spaces in the Villages of Five Points, in the resort town of Lewes, Delaware. The unit is within 10 minutes of Lewes Beach (the bay) and Cape Henlopen State Park (the ocean). Lewes/Cape May Ferry and 2 picturesque bike trails (Gordon's Pond Trail and Junction/Breakwater Trail). The rental includes access to 2 pools, from Memorial Day through at least Labor Day, 8 tennis courts, 2 mile walking/jogging path, and playground. Several restaurants (Arena's and Fish On), a bakery (La Baguette Bakers) is next door, a fitness center (Built), and a spa (The Villages Salon & Spa) are located within a block of this unit. We also have a Walgreen's (24 hour), Weis Market, China Garden, Ocean Grill, Sno-Yo, Capriottis (sandwiches), Kick-n-Chicken, Arby's Henlopen Bait and Tackle, and Roadsters (liquor store) located either within the Villages of Five Points or directly across the street.

Available for long weekends in the off-season too! All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

This unit is NOT pet friendly.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee)

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

The apartment was beyond our expectations! It was meticulously clean and was beautifully furnished and decorated. It was large and open with plenty of space for us to relax. The location was close to everything we needed and we enjoyed biking around the area. Quiet, comfortable, just perfect. We hope to be back!

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the things we needed to cook at home. Location is quiet and has a lot of stores and a few restaurants in walking distance. Nice pool and tennis courts.

This property was even better than expected! This property has everything you need for your stay and is very clean. Location was very convenient to downtown, beaches, and shopping. The community pool was a amazing. No issues from the time we booked our stay to check out, they made the process very easy. Would definitely rent again.

The apartment was simply amazing. It was very clean and modern with beautiful decor and extremely comfortable. It had everything necessary to feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil needed which made cooking a breeze. It was an easy walk to several restaurants (Fish On & Arenas) and close to a big supermarket which was very convenient. The bike paths are close by and gave us easy access to travel by bike all over Lewes which added to our pleasurable vacation. It was a short drive to the beach and some of the sites that we wanted to see in Lewes. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as it was beyond our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Lewes.

This is a great apartment, a wonderful experience, I have given it 5 stars in every category. The photos do not do it justice. Very spacious, airy and sun-filled rooms, overlooking a beautiful gazebo which is lit up at nighttime. The apartment has a great layout, very open, with space to relax, and dine. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you will need to cook or even bake if you are so inclined. It is located in Five Points development which is on the East Side of the Coastal highway, so easy access to Beach, and Lewis is right there, without having to travel on a busy highway. It has bike and walking paths to the town. We had dinner at Fish On which is two minutes walk from apartment, highly recommend it, you will need a reservation. Also had drinks and appetizers at Irish eyes overlooking the Marina, the evening we arrived, surprisingly good. Hope to stay in the apartment again for a longer period of time and really use all that it has to offer.

Great stay centrally located close to the beach as well as walking trails through the serene state parks. The condo was pristine with plenty of open social space, not to mention the beach vibe decor settled us immediately into vacation mode! We jumped started our day at the Touch of Italy; a café very conveniently in walking distance for breakfast and lunches, with many options for some delicious dinners close by. Ultimately, we were in love with our coastal drive down the Delaware Seashore State Park. Our only regret is not seeing the wild horses at Assateague Island, but we surely will be back for a longer stay. The management company rep was quite personable and on point with the details our stay. Highly recommend!
