This condo is located in the quiet community of the Village of Five Points in Lewes. Along with the 3 bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a comfy sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed, dining room table that seats 8 along with additional barstool seating.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and vanity.
The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bunk bed with twin on top and an additional twin bed-perfect for all the kids.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and twin trundle.

Comforters and Blankets are available in the bedrooms. Bathmats are located in each bathroom. Linens and towels are not included but several local companies provide services to our location.
The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath in between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with a tub/shower.
Stackable full-size washer and dryer located in unit.
Pack n Play and High chair available.

Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. For the TVs, you may log into any streaming accounts available should you have an account. Tv's are located in 2 bedrooms and the living room.

Guests will have access to the whole condo along with use of community amenities including 2 community pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, and playground. Bike racks are located right outside the unit.

Ample parking throughout community.

Dogs are allowed to join the fun. An additional non-refundable fee of $250.00 is required per pet.
