The spacious interior provides plenty of room for the whole family to unwind, whether you're gathering in the comfortable living area or spreading out in one of the well-appointed bedrooms. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Conveniently located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown Lewes, you'll have easy access to the town's delightful shops, restaurants, and historic charm. The nearby canal is perfect for scenic strolls, and the area's pristine beaches are just minutes away, ensuring endless opportunities for fun in the sun. We loved our time at this property. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was fun! Amazing screened in eating area where we ate all of our meal. We were able to walk into Lewes and easily access the marina with our little boat.

This was overall a great stay. The back patio is the best part of the property, screened in, comfortable, with nice dining area. Hot Tub is a nice addition. The upstairs beds are Doubles not Queens FYI. The kitchen needs some pots and serving bowls and some other small things. Location walkable to town.

The property is excellent and provided an enjoyable extended weekend stay. The house is in great condition, spacious, and fully functional. All amenities within the home operate as expected, and the overall setting is highly comfortable.It is important to note, however, that the rental does not include basic provisions. Items such as detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are not supplied. In addition, no beach equipment is provided, including umbrellas or chairs.With proper preparation, these points do not detract from the overall experience. The house itself is outstanding, and we would recommend it to future renters who arrive equipped with the necessary essentials.
