  • Enjoy a spacious coastal stay in Lewes, just a short drive from both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches, in this comfortable 4-bedroom home designed for families and group getaways. This home sleeps 8, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to gather, while the covered patio, grill, fire pit, and horseshoe pit create the perfect backyard setup for relaxing after a day of exploring or at the beach. Other features of the home include in-unit laundry, central AC and high speed internet to stay connected.

    This home is located near shopping, dining, and coastal attractions, and offers the perfect balance of space, comfort, and convenience. It is 2 blocks from walking and biking trails providing easy and immediate access to nature.

    * Cape Henlopen State Park features pristine beaches, WWII observation towers, the Fort Miles historical site, and extensive biking and hiking trails.
    * Historic Downtown Lewes offers small town charm with quaint shops, dining, and rich history.
    * Cape May-Lewes Ferry is nearby for a perfect for day trips across the Delaware Bay and explore Cape May, NJ.

    Other Things to Note:
    • Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay
    • Approximately a 10–15 minute drive to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches; a vehicle is required
    • No smoking, No pets, and No parties! Thank you :)
    • Parking available on-site
    • Linens and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.

    FYI: The jets in the Jacuzzi tub do not operate.

My friends and I had a great time! The place was so nice and clean, a lot of space! Fairly was very helpful and kind! The house is very close to the beach and we are definitely planning on coming back next year!

We paid for this home, and unfortunately it did not meet expectations.From the moment we arrived, there was a strong wet dog odor throughout the entire house. The smell was bad enough that my mother-in-law went out and bought candles to make it bearable.The bathroom had a musty, moldy smell with visible mold and water staining around the whirlpool tub and near the floor. We specifically chose this property for the whirlpool, but the jets never worked. This was especially disappointing because the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, leaving several of us with back pain.The home also wasn’t stocked appropriately for 8 guests. We were left with only one roll of toilet paper and one mostly used roll of paper towels.We didn’t complain about the supplies, but after both the kitchen sink and dishwasher began leaking, we sent a photo. We didn’t receive a response until the following afternoon. We were told not to use the dishwasher and were asked to reposition one of the property’s security cameras and send a photo confirming it had been moved. We agreed to avoid further interruption to our vacation, but felt that maintenance issues and camera adjustments should have been handled by the property manager, not paying guests.Between the odor, leaking plumbing, broken whirlpool, uncomfortable beds, and lack of basic supplies, this home did not provide the experience we expected for the price, and we would not stay here again.
