“It's a renovated historical building but still has the original character and charm, which I really liked. Super easy check-in/out process, very clean. Owner is very communicative & organized. “Very nice hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel cafe, Burger Theory, was great. Pleasantly surprised to find a good restaurant in the hotel and not have to search the area for somewhere to eat dinner. After dinner we sat outside around the fire pit next to the lake and listened to the bull frogs croak. It was a nice experience. No complaints. ”

"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."

"Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto. Hanno un ampio parcheggio (a pagamento) ma offrono il servizio navetta da/per aeroporto. Camera grande e pulita. Unica nota negativa, mi hanno addebitato 10usd per una coperta macchiata… a parte questo un ottimo hotel. Da ritornare… non lo so "

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi. Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città. La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming. Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento. Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."

"I had an amazing experience in Chicago. The hotel is in a very central location and you can basically walk to every major spot in town. The staff is super kind and helpful. A guy, Arturo his name, has been the most kind person I could ask for. The structure is old, yes, not recently refurbished, but clean and affordable. I strongly recommend it!"
