“Hotel pulito e personale gentilissimo ”

“The breakfast was minimal but ok. Room was clean and well located. However, there was a low level hum noise that was intermittent and annoying. The TV would not work because it was a "smart" TV and required something like an Amazon Prime account to use (which I'm not going to attach to a hotel TV). A screw was missing from the door jam locking plate which made the door less secure. We told staff about these things. They couldn't get the TV to work but offered to move us to a room with one...

“I loved the location of the hotel being across from the park and waterfalls!! Our room was average…A/C worked well. Bed was overall comfy although was on wheels so moved out from the wall occasionally. The outdoor pool was a nice feature but water wasn’t super clean and one of the bars by the stairs to step down into the pool was wobbly and the concrete around the pool is chipping which hurt bare feet. “Great place to stop for a sleep and get back on the road. Easy access off the I15. The price was reasonable, the place was clean, and the coffee was decent. The AC could have been quieter and a fridge would have been excellent but there was an ice machine so that was fine.”

“This is the BEST place to stay in Idaho Falls. The room was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. Breakfast was amazing with a handmade omelette by Kim, she’s the star of the food show!! Front desk staff were also exceptional. Location is awesome too with loaner bikes and a gym. We will be back!! Thank you staff for making this a 5*+ stay for us”
