“Its a very nice property, the one bedroom didn't have a tv or a ceiling fan, but thats just my preference. The pool was nice, and it felt good, but i would definitely stay there again, and recommend it!”

“My friends and I loved this house and property. It was bigger than expected and the 5 total bedrooms were perfect to fit everyone. It’s right by a beautiful creek and it’s lovely to hear all times of the day. You can tell the hosts care about the property because it was well stocked with various things and has all sorts of items to do/play/use while staying there. “This was an amazing cottage. My boys, our pups, and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was stocked with everything we needed for both fun and relaxation. We loved the bench swings, hammock, and the reading barn for relaxation, and there were plenty of kayaks and canoes to choose from for fun. The host was very helpful and available when/if needed. There was some bad weather on our first night, and he even called to check on us the next morning. We will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and needs before and during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped for most cooking needs. We used the gas and charcoal grills, both are well maintained. Perfect for a quiet getaway away from it all. ”

“Cute as a button. Traveled with our 3 adult ish kids and had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy this beautiful area of Virginia. Suzanne is a wonderful host who has thought of every detail in the space. The horses in the back pasture are perfect view for starting and ending the day.”

“We stayed at this property for the 2025 Washington and Lee graduation. It was the perfect choice because it provided a place to relax with grandparents and our family. The property and house was magnificent with great views of the mountains. The house was spacious and just made you feel at home. The hosts were responsive but not intrusive. Our only regret is that we did not find this property sooner in our 4 years worth of travel back and forth to Lexington. ”
