1 Bedroom KY Bourbon Trail Loft in Horse Country

  • Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 2 story loft in the Historic St. Claire Entertainment District of Frankfort Kentucky. Enjoy the best Kentucky has to offer with easy access to famous distilleries such as Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve and enjoy live thoroughbred racing at Keeneland Racetrack in nearby Lexington, KY.
    The space
    2 story, 900 square foot apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator so you must be able to use stairs. Full kitchen, with a cozy living room and dining area and half-bath are downstairs. Upstairs opens up to a large bedroom with a laundry room off the closet and a full bath. Both the living room and bedroom are furnished with smart TV's and free wifi throughout the unit.
    Guest access
    Guests will be given the code to the building's exterior doors and a personalized code for entrance to the loft door during their stay. There are approximately 25 stair steps to reach the 2nd floor where the unit is located. Security cameras are located at the exterior entrances for guest safety.
    Other things to note
    Rules are simple. No pets, no parties and no smoking inside the building.

Excellent location in Frankfurt right in the heart of Bourbon country. A five minute drive to Buffalo trace and many other distilleries very convenient location on main downtown strip is great lots of restaurant and entertainment options.

We have stayed many places in Frankfort and this is on our list of favorites. Very attentive host with detailed and clear directions and communication. This gorgeous apartment had everything we needed and more! Squeeky clean, comfortable beds and spacious layout, as well as an ideal location were amongst our favorite features.

Loft was clean inside and well stocked with essentials. We didn’t really cook but it looked equipped with needed items. Decor was fun! It was centrally located to several distilleries and to Louisville for exploring the city!

KY Bourbon Trail Loft

Very nice Loft. Really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a week for work and it felt very comforting, I loved the the location because I was able to walk everywhere I needed to be. Very close to nice dinner places.

It does require climbing steep stairs to get to room and the bedroom is upstairs from main floor, so probably not ideal for older people or someone who has knee problems. Very sufficient place. I love it had 2 bathrooms. The bedroom did have 2 beds in close proximity so if you don't mind sleeping in the same area as your guest it's fine for a quick trip. We didn't spend a lot of time in it. It was a nice space perfect for a couple nights. Plenty of places to dine at and nightlife midweek/weekends. Beautiful history, close to Bourbon Trail and other distilleries. You must eat at the Brown Barrel best meatloaf EVER!!! I wish we had gone back for a burger. Definitely would stay again.

Weekend get away

Great location for the bourbon trail. Good restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Host was quick to respond to questions, and checked in on us while we were there.

Great place in heart of Frankfort

Frankfort is a small town but if you're looking for place centrally located to get to distilleries and be able to walk to dinner and drinks in the evening this is the place.

Great spot in downtown Frankfort

We stayed at this place in Frankfort for the night and then went to Cincinnati for King’s Island and the Zoo. It is within a good driving distance from Cincinnati and it is just a short walk away from great restaurants and historical markers. Beautiful city and beautiful apartment with great amenities.

Amazing Little Spot!

This property is exactly where you’d want to be in downtown Frankfort. The loft was very cute and well-decorated with anything you may need. Shane was a fantastic host - always kind, responsive, and looked out for you! You’d be a fool to not pick this loft for your stay.

Bourbon Tour

What a great location downtown. We sat outside on the street and listed to music. Talked with the locals on what restaurants to visit. Coffee shop by the train tracks was amazing! Visited tiki on the river and had a blast. Everyone we meet was very nice.
