Questa casa è a pochi passi dagli stadi di calcio, tennis e baseball del Regno Unito. A pochi passi dai negozi e dai ristoranti di Chevy Chase. 5 minuti dal centro di Uber e 15 minuti da Keeneland e dall'aeroporto. La cucina, con bellissimi elettrodomestici in granito e acciaio inossidabile, si apre sulla camera familiare. Appena fuori troverete un bellissimo patio, grill e pozzo del fuoco. Lexington getaway

Beautifully decorated and very roomy. Varying degrees of noise from neighbors who played loud music until 2:00 am but then it must have been graduation from University of Kentucky nearby. Very close to great dining and shopping. Will stay here again and bring my earplugs just in case. Thanks Seth for your excellent attention to details!

Nice house, central to bars, restaurants in Chevy Chase neighborhood. Comfortable beds, good communication from Seth. Some negatives, not enough silverware for 8 people- only 4 forks. The garage game room was being redone so we could not use it and did not know this until we arrived. owners workmen up and down driveway and blocking drive as they accessed garage for tools and cut wood- multiple times over multiple days- very little privacy or quiet as we tried to use back patio with all the construction traffic. He did send Spaulding doughnuts which helped a little.

Great Experience

Our family stayed at Seth's property during our spring break. The house was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The furniture was very comfy and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location was perfect. We walked to a couple dinner locations and the grocery store. Seth was a fantastic communicator and checked in to make sure we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Lexington.

A beautiful and very welll appointed home with plenty of room. Very clean, comfortable beds, and a lovely kitchen to cook in. Excellent communication with property manager. Perfectly located for all of our needs. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Comfortable and clean

This house was perfect for my family. The communication with Seth was great. He took care of getting us a pack and play that was supposed to be at the house but wasn’t. Thank you Seth! The place was clean and very comfortable.

Excellent Stay!

My husband and I stayed recently with our two small dogs. We felt right at home, and were able to relax immediately. The listing is as promised and they recently added a hot tub to the already enjoyable backyard. The neighborhood is walkable and very cute. Seth was an exceptional host, communicative and friendly during our entire stay. We look forward to returning again!

Mother/Daughter Keeneland Weekend

We stayed at this home for a three day weekend during Keeneland. The house was perfect! It was clean, close to everything, and had everything we needed. Seth was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Would 100 percent recommend staying here!

Great stay at the cutest home

We stayed here for 3 weeks during August and absolutely loved this house. It is an adorable, renovated craftsman home in a super safe and walkable neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, it can’t be beat! We loved walking to dinner, drinks, the grocery store, Pilates, etc. The home itself was surprisingly spacious and we really enjoyed spending time in the backyard with our toddler. I’d highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Next time we are back to visit Lexington, we will definitely stay here again!

Great house for a UK visit!

This is a great 3-bedroom house that was perfect for our family of five staying there for a UK football game. The house is spacious and very nice and it's just a short walk to the football field. Seth was great and the house was well appointed with very comfy beds! Will definitely stay there again for the next trip to a UK game!
