Welcome to your ideal home in Kentucky. Located 3 minutes from downtown Versailles, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence is perfect for traveling professionals and corporate stays. Situated in Bourbon Country, it's a short drive to Lexington, Frankfort, Georgetown, and Lawrenceburg. Close to major employers, hospitals, and distilleries, this home offers both convenience and comfort. Relax in expansive living spaces and enjoy all the comforts of home during your extended stay.

The "Bourbon & Bluegrass" house is tastefully styled and located just minutes from the amazing downtown Versailles, KY area and a short drive to many other communities.

FULLY stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Basic spices also provided.

Love coffee? We've got you covered!
K-Cups, ground coffee and whole beans are provided. You'll also love having sugars/sweetners, syrups, and creamers!

3 bedrooms upstairs have luxury queen beds and bedding.
1 full hall bathroom with tub/shower combo shared by 2 bedrooms
4th bedroom downstairs with King bed

Laundry in the upstairs hall complete with full size washer and dryer

Primary en-suite has clawfoot tub/shower surely to help ease a long day!

This home boasts comfort in the main floor living room, dining room with seating for 6, eat in kitchen with seating for 4, basement living room/entertainment area that has a poker table and a SAUNA (use at own risk, sauna rules attached to sauna)!

The rear yard is fenced and guests will enjoy the deck with rocking chairs, fire pit table, and corn hole.

Spacious and convenient home for our family of 6. There was an unexpected amount of road noise, otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping seemed to have missed the master bath, else it was spotless.

The house was great. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Versailles made for fun walks around the area. A quick and easy drive to local distilleries, restaurants, and all the beautiful Kentucky horse parks. Had plenty of room for the 8 of us with great rooms and comfortable beds. The only “issue” I’d say we had was the property was not well kept up outside. So pulling up to the house was a bit of a shock because the inside was so beautiful and a great place to stay.

This was a nice location that fit our needs for four bedrooms for a group of friends. Close to the Bourbon Distilleries that we wanted to visit. An extra half bath was in the basement which was a pleasant surprise, so the house is two full-baths and two half-baths.Property manager quick to respond when we needed assistance with the door code (it might have been user error on our part). Had a little trouble getting the house cooled down below 74 as it was a very hot week in the 90-degree range.Would suggest getting additional pillows to provide options. The only ones available were nice, but very thick and firm, and not squishy or flat. The kitchen was well appointed with nice appliances and had plenty of supplies such as coffee, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, etc. It is a cute house with plenty of space and nicely decorated. We stayed two nights during the week and the pricing was very reasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to many of the bourbon distilleries we wanted to tour. Well appointed house, easy to get to, and simple entry process. Small, quaint city location with few restaurants or bars, however we spent most of our time at the distilleries. The house was perfect for our needs.

So much space!

Loved this house! Beautifully renovated, lots of space over three levels, SO many extras (shampoo, body wash, coffee, enough toilet paper and trash bags for the stay, etc.) Loved the new washer and dryer on the upper level next to the bedrooms. Literally one block away from a street of the most beautiful historic homes. The area is definitely in transition, so a mix of old and new, but we were there a few days and spoke with a couple of the neighbors who were very friendly! Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our group of six to spread out, yet cozy enough when we gathered together. Location was convenient and close to everything we wanted to see. Some light wear showed in various areas in the house but the beds were comfortable and the living spaces were nicely appointed.

Perfect for a Bourbon Tour

We rented this for a Bourbon Tour. The property was perfect in location as well as the basement for those that liked later nights, giving the ladies a much need reprieve. ;) The house was decorated excellently and for all our needs. I would rent again.
