“The staff at this resort all acted like it was their first day on the job. I was told by a manager that they were 170 members short, just in the service end of the business. It showed. Out of six meals, two were given to us because of poor quality and or service. I would highly suggest an Omni rep contact me ASAP. This is the fourth Omni.
