Perfect for getaways or game weekends, it’s your ideal home base to enjoy Lexington’s horse country, bourbon, and bluegrass spirit. Relax, make memories, and experience the best of Kentucky from the comfort of this stylish retreat.

Professionally managed by PURE Property Management, our team is readily available for any guest needs. We have created an automated stay experience, but can be available via the booking platform or phone at anytime.

Located in the highly desirable 40502, we are located just off of Tate's Creek Road. Guests will enjoy the quick commute to Downtown, shopping, UK, and so much more. Our quiet neighborhood is perfect for walks and just a short distance to a local park. It is important to note that we do have a great relationship with our neighbors. This property does not permit local stays or disruptive behavior.

Guests will be provided a unique 4 digit code to access the home. Guests will have full access to the home besides the Garage and Storage Rooms.

It was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean & had lots of amenities. The family room was very comfy with the large couch & fireplace. We are definitely considering coming back.
