Featuring 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, this unit has LVP Flooring, amazing back patio, fenced in backyard, Apple T.V., and wireless internet. Sky Beauty has three cozy bedrooms each with a Queen Sized BED. The property has a Primary Bedroom with ensuite & two additional bedrooms who share a common full bathroom.

Sky Beauty also offers guests a full kitchen, washer & dryer, cozy living room, outside bar, and just a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. The house was perfect for our needs. Close to UK for graduation and quite neighborhood. Host was quick to respond when the wrong code was given but responded quickly and we were good to good. The beds were great and kitchen was stocked with all the basic needs.

The house was well decorated and comfortable. But it should be noted that there’s NO closet in the main bedroom, which is very ridiculous and there’s NO hall closet for hanging coats. This caused the living room to be messy and cluttered. Also, the tv in the main bedroom required a password which we didn’t have and there was no way to get it. NO instructions on how to use either TV. Also, there was no drying rack if you wanted to hand wash dishes. The property management person we spoke with, Sabrina, was very helpful and sent us dish rack, dish towels and a clothing rack on wheels. We won’t be staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed and it was so comfortable. We appreciated the pet friendly home with fenced in backyard. The park behind the house was an added perk as we were able to walk the path and enjoy the playground. Comfortable beds, couches and I appreciated how they had so much of the kitchen stocked with pans, spices, etc.

There were ultimately 7 of us who stayed so that was a bit more than the house is designed for. 4 adults would be perfect. It seemed equipped well in the kitchen (we didn’t cook even once). The neighborhood was very quiet. Easy entry with keypad.We were not too keen on some of the amenities. There were not enough towels and though we were told they would bring more we never received them. There were also no bath mats, no Kleenex, no hooks in the main bedroom and the first aid kit was not complete. We would have liked more (and better) chairs for the kitchen table.

Clean and good location, especially since we had our dog and the park was right behind us. When we arrived, the yard had not been mowed but that was soon taken care of. There were a few other issues that we brought to their attention and they were going to take care of those as well.

Yes the property was pet friendly and the adjacent park was a big plus for the dogs. The house was very clean and the host was terrific throughout the stay. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms for our stay. The backyard / patio could be updated but overall a very good experience.

What a delightful home!! There were even bags of toiletries in each room. The kitchen had water, soda and popcorn available as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and we look forward to returning!

Great location and space

This is a great location in Lexington, very convenient and loved the park just a 5 minute walk away. Property was overall clean, but living room furniture was stained and needed a deep cleaning. Yard could also use some maintenance. Great amount of space for our family and was very well stocked with everything we needed and kitchen was well-equipped.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. House was so nice inside. We enjoyed our stay! The outside of the house needs some real good cleaning and yard work. It did not have curb apeal! It looked like an abandoned house, but the inside was clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again. They just need to do some TLC on the outside.

As advertised but could use a good cleaning

The listing was exactly as advertised and the few occasions I reached out to the house they were very responsive. The property has ample space a for 2 adults and a small dog. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Good location to University and shopping.I took off a star because the property could use a good cleaning. It's a pet friendly property but the couches reek of wet dog. The shower curtain in the hall path was covered in mold. The host did drop off a new shower curtain, but that should have been addressed between rentals. Dog fur and dirt on the floors along with finding random medication on the floor in one of the bedrooms, made me question when and how thoroughly the home was last cleaned. Also removed a star for cold to lukewarm water in shower.

Rat under broken front step !24 hours to set up new Roku. Outside furniture torn and filthy. Screen door handle broken and door doesn’t slide. Property management company not very helpful. Lawn and shrubs need attention.
