“Great stay”

“I liked the property. Customer Service was fine. Unfortunately the TV in the room was not working. Therefore, I was moved to another room and as a result I was charged twice. Tried contacting property and was told that they do double charge. But according to my bank statement I was. Just want resolution and refund.”

“My room ac wasn’t working and I got mold on my bathroom, than I got moved to another room almost @ 1:45 am when I got 2 kids and I was charged for $31 the no one knows why.”

“The checkin and checkout process was great because the staff was friendly. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and needs attention. The was no way to plug the bathtub.”

“Does not at an aura of safety. Included breakfast had two mini muffins available. Not two types. The entire available breakfast was comprised of two mini muffins. ”

“The lady who checked me in was a recent/new employee; but you could not tell. She was so very accommodating. She saw that I was breathing a little heavy (I have COPD), and she was just so attentive and helpful in getting me checked in. When the first room was too far for me to walk, she switched my room, programmed a new key and brought it out to my car. She didn’t want me to have to trek back inside to the front desk.”

“When I drove up to the facility, There were several people standing outside smoking . I saw two rooms, in the first one, the bathroom smelled so badly of urine that I would not even enter the bathroom, much less use it. In the second room the smoke smell was so bad, my sisters eyes burned. WE were promised a refund and I better get it.”

“Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”

“Mi serviva solo pernottare mentre ero in viaggio e tutto è andato bene, pulito e confortevole. La struttura è un po' vecchia ma il prezzo è buono.”
