“Ok, except there were a lot of very load and obnoxious people there. No control of their teens running and yelling down the hall at 11pm”

“Their coffee at breakfast was the best weve tasted in a long time. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location is under renovations but they didn't interfere or disrupt anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring we knew where and when breakfast was going to be served. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. ”

“The hotel needs massive renovations, bathroom walls were cracked, toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom door would not shut. There was no continental breakfast left when we went there at 8:00 am. People were outside our door screaming until 2 am. I would never stay there again, and I deserve a refund if at all possible?”

“There is only one bench at front door to property. Smokers usually monopolize the bench. My husband and I are both handicapped and had nowhere to sit while waiting for family to pick us up. ”

However, the 3 main amenities that convinced us to chose this hotel over others were not available, including the Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, and Complementary Reception on Wednesday evenings. We were not informed of these being closed/cancelled ahead of time, and only one sign was present saying the hot tub was unavailable.
