“Our stay in Amarela Resort turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit to Bohol. The whole place is ART. The attention to detail was astounding! The staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful. If you ever plan to stay in Amarela resort, please take the time to walk the grounds -- they have an art gallery, beautiful walkways, a library, a massage hut, a garden, an infinity pool, a magnificent view of the sunrise, etc. The surrounding area is peaceful. “The room is simple but good—perfect for travelers who just need a comfortable place to rest after a long day. We did notice that the shower head wasn’t working properly, so we weren’t able to use it. Maybe it can be checked or replaced for the next guests. Also, the receptionist is friendly but not always at the front desk, so you may need to look for him when needed. It would be helpful if there’s a bell or a note with a contact number to make it easier to reach him. Overall, it's a decent stay...
