“Pros:The room is a ground floor apartment within an apartment complex with other long-term renters. (Ground floor is my personal preference.) Good security gate to enter the complex. AC in each room worked well and the electricity stayed on (no power outages). The pool was big and well-maintained. "I had a pleasant stay at Bella Casa Hotel. While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. I’m confident that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will offer an even better experience. "
