“Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. “Our room was on the first floor and there were no curtains to close for privacy or to block out the light in the morning. The curtains that were there were sheer, so pretty revealing. Also, the shower head was leaking from the back and side, obviously needed replacement. ”

“When we got to the room it looked acceptable. Later we discovered mold in several locations in the bathroom and dirty corners in the room. On the balcony we found a bag with food left overs. We had booked for 2 nights and our room was not made up on the second day. Poor management of the cleaning service.”

“The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was spacious especially for 3 people. Breakfast everyday exceeded expectations. The bar/ restaurant and outdoor seating was perfect for late night. ”

Hotel room was charming; enjoyed having a record player and a selection of records to play. Snack bar by elevators provided fresh fruit, coffee, tea, sparkling water 24 hours a day. Delicious brownie placed in room daily. Issue with nighttime noise from live music from wedding receptions right below our windows two nights in a row, but management...

“I loved everything about this place other than the pool. The location, the staff, the room, the rooftop bar. It was clean and fresh and smelled wonderful. Everyone was absolutely amazing. The pool on the other hand should really be advertised as a big hot tub. It was too hot to enjoy. I didn’t mind the size or location. It was clean and the lounge chairs were nice, however, the temperature of the pool was not enjoyable on a hot spring afternoon. Which was part of the reason we picked this...
