“Absolutely spectacular place to stay - hard to leave. We booked the entire house- everything was perfect, well stocked, beds so comfortable. Laundry in main suite and lower suite - loved the outdoor furniture on the main floor patio. We all commented on the nexpresso coffee pods- what a nice touch/surprise. Thank you Lisa for letting us stay in your home. Location and house is truly paradise.”

“We have been to Kauai several times but found Ohana House at Fern Grotto to be the best yet. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities, the grounds were beautiful, the additional water equipment and bikes were a huge bonus. The location was great too. Highly recommended.”

“Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

“Beautifully decorated well stocked home, wide open kitchen & living room, great amenities. Washer & dryer and A/C in every room was a real plus. Close to town & shops. A real shame trees too overgrown to really see the water from the balcony, would have been nice to enjoy. Homeless nearby never bother. Overall pleasant stay”

“This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.”

“Mounque's place was perfectly located for us. We were able to see sites from all over the island. We also arrived late in the evening so being close to the airport was a bonus. My husband is a chef and the kitchen is one of the best outfitted we have experienced. We were able to walk every day around the property and beach.”

“In general, better than nothing. Apartments are under renovation: make sure you get one with wooden floor and not carpet. Bathroom had no window or outside opening: lot of humidity and smell. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom not in the living room. Refrigerator had no water, so we had to fill bottles at the swimming pool. Cleaning is only done once in a week and not very well. Staff at the reception is aware of the various problems and is very helpful and friendly. Late check-in is...

"Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out of shower gel. Rooms are not as luminous as shown in the pictures. overall considering that we spent 10k for 6 nights (for 2 rooms) the value for money was also very bad. Therefore i do not suggest this strcuture to anybody!"
