“Great view, comfortable bed, fantastic beach within walking distance, well equipped kitchen. There was a dead battery in the smoke detector and the toilet flush was quite weak but if that's the worst I can say about it, that's pretty good. ”

“It was a spectacular place with a wonderful view of the ocean. Watching the sunrise on the lanai was terrific. Enjoyed watching the change of tides and sea turtles swimming below and albatrosses soaring by. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this condo. The area is beautiful, the condo is nice and well-stocked with amenities, and Alex and the property manager were so helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location, easy to explore the area. Played a few rounds of rounds, Hokuala and Princeville Makai, and Wailua. Kamaaina rate at Wailua was very reasonable.We’re already talking about another quick trip to Kauai !Aloha”

“We had a great visit to this property. It was quiet, easy to find, spacious, clean and brightly lit. We ate a lot of meals prepared here to save on dining costs and used the hot tub just about every day. There are even a couple fruit trees on the property! Communication with Lauren was easy. I can't really think of any downsides unless having an ocean view is a must have, this location does not have that. Highly recommend!”

“The property was amazing and everything was smooth from check in to check out. We traveled as a large family group and had 11 people. Property was great and close to many activities. Cannot say enough great things about the property and would love to return.”

“The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to cook with if that's what you are looking for, very well equipped. We went with our family with little children so we did a lot of cooking.Princeville area is so convenient and the store is very close for groceries, gas, ice, liquor etc.Super close to Hanalei way and the north shore making it easy to take a brake for lunch and come back for sunset.The house has all the necessary beach gear you need which is a plus...

“One of, if not best rentals we've stayed in. The house is very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and fresh, it had all the amenities to enjoy a beach holiday and make a nice dinner and eat outside. The location is ideal, close to shops, golf, a quick drive to Hanalei to have a picnic and watch the sunset and early morning walks. The property manager was attentive and responsive when needed but it had everything. We will rent this property again, why search for anything else. We will be back...

“Condo complex easy to find close to main road. Not much in walking distance. Pool and bbq’s we used often, never busy. Parking bay number incorrect as per listing. Condo has the parking pass and correct bay# inside ”

“Everything was perfect! This was exactly what I envisioned for our family vacation. The house was clean and stocked with all the essential needs. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub, firepit, soaking tub, ping pong table, kayak, etc. We cooked many meals in the amazing kitchen and appreciated the outside lanai with the string lights. "Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata in più punti. "
