“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Kauai Inn was everything i could hope for in a property. Although the room was somewhat dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and personable, always happy to stop what they were doing to help with things, give ideas, or just chat. The view from my back patio was a spectacular one of the mountains. “The room was great, it was clean and comfortable - and perfectly located at the resort overlooking the pool. There were beach chairs and a cooler in the unit for us to use - which was appreciated! “AC was broken when we got there. We informed the resort staff and they were NOT going to fix it because this room is not “theirs” due to it being owned privately. Finally someone came by and fixed it. Same issue occurred again but with towels needed towels for the bathroom and it took over a day to get them because the resort would not give us any and the host of the VRBO wanted to charge us money for some. Also make sure to read the description there is a $40/night parking fee. Overall...

"Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata in più punti. "
