“Hotel molto carino in posizione centrale per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Ottima struttura molto ordinata e pulita, consigliata per il soggiorno a Kauai”

“This is not a safe and clean place”

“Part of pool deck roped off and the jacuzzi that kids are allowed in wasn't hot the last day. Room has very tiny double beds (seemed smaller than the double bed my son has at home). Otherwise nice setting and convenient location. Waterslide was very fun and staff were great!”

“Struttura bella e pulita. Completa di tutto… l’unica nota negativa la mancanza di un buon ristorante”

“1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. Serious neglect regarding painting of walls, ceiling and trim. The bottom of the bathroom door trim is rusted out and the door glide is missing. 4. The shower curtain is...

“Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.”

“VRBO unit in a Outrigger Resort. Clean room, including bar fridge and coffee maker, well stocked with coffee pods, tea and creamers. Air conditioning was very effective. Plenty of towels ( bath and beach), beach umbrella, boogy board, cooler and beach chairs in room for use. Rooms not serviced daily by the resort property. We made own beds and kept room tidy. Resort notified us that owner will service room on request. Resort amenities - nice pools and loungers, did not see the gym. Daily...

“This property was perfect for island adventuring that our family wanted to experience. The host was very responsive, when we had questions. The resort pool area was very enjoyable for our family of 4 (two teenage girls), when we were not adventuring around the island.”

“The staff at the front desk was so nice!”

“We got partial beach view room but paid for beach view room.”

“Great place to stay with children. Very centrally located and the pools were very kid friendly. ”

“Didn’t use the pool. The place is well kept but just on the older side. We booked last minute. Communication and the people are excellent. ”

“Très bien situé pour l'accès à tous les attraits, services et activités. L'appartement est super confortable avec tous les nécessaires dont ceux pour la plage. (boggie bord, chaises, parasol, glacière) En octobre 2026, le seul petit inconvénient ce sont les restes de débris sur la plage à côté du complexe (ouragan). La vue sur la mer et la terrasse invitent à la détente, wow!!!”

“This room is a slice of heaven! The view of the resort pools and ocean is amazing! Make sure you wake up by six thirty to catch the stunning sunrise daily either on the Lanai or walk five minutes to the beach and take a morning stroll as you view the loveliness! The location is perfect. Only thirty minutes to Poipu and forty five minutes to Hanalei. You can take a leisurely two mile walk to Lydgate beach and swim and snorkel the protected reef lagoon. The room is well appointed and has very...
