Circuit Beach House - a piece of paradise!

This architecturally designed house is beautifully located just a 100m walk from the stunning Circuit Beach. It is set in a tranquil bush setting and accommodates up to 8 adults, offering year round comfort with heating and cooling. For those cosy winter stays we have a log fire available.

With stunning ocean views you will feel at home in this beautifully finished house, with all the comforts of a high quality bespoke property!
The space
This house is beautifully designed with separate spaces to enjoy at your leisure. With a separate TV and games room, you can entertain guests in the dining room while the kids watch a movie or enjoy some board games. There are lots of beautiful spots in the house to read a book, enjoy a glass of wine or just head down to the beach!

The kitchen is fully equipped with European appliances including everything you could need to cook up a storm! There is a fantastic BBQ on the outdoor deck as well. The choice is yours to create delicious meals or enjoy the wide variety of cafes, restaurants that the south coast offers!

The main bedroom contains a beautifully comfortable king bed with an ensuite. The three bedrooms downstairs contain one queen bed, and two twin rooms (two king singles in each room) with all sheets and towels provided.

The whole house is yours! We have a couple of areas designated ‘private’ and they are clearly marked.
