“"Queen Size Bed" was an extremely firm mattress on a wooden slab supported by concrete blocks. Though it was very cool when we arrived, the heat was not on and owner not there to show us how to operate the remotes, No handrails on 3 steps up to entrance. Very precarious! “The host's communication skills were amazing. His response times were fast and he remained flexible throughout changing needs. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. It was close to many grocery stores and a short drive away from the mall. The house was everything we expected and true to the listing. It was clean. There was more than enough bedding provided. The check in and check out processes were uncomplicated and stress free. ”
