“Nice view of the lake. Easy parking. Staff were nice and the room was good. The bathtub wasn't pristine by any stretch. The property needs an update badly, but I understand that's costly. It was a solid stay for a driving trip in upstate NY on a holiday weekend.”

“Hot tub did not work. The plug was worn so water drained right out. No toilet paper. When asked for bed change as advertise you can receive on request, we was told no. Well yes in morning but was not done, then no when requested a 2nd time. Old beds with a pad put on top. For couples I would not recommend.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the owners are nice. It was quiet with plenty of parking. It's right in Westfield, so there are stores and restaurants nearby.”

“Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it.
