“We had a great stay at Rumi Rooms in Como, Italy! The hotel is located in the heart of the old-town of Como, and is a convenient walk to shopping, restaurants, and the Lake Como Ferry. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had great air conditioning! Our only complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but might not be for others. Don’t pass up the restaurant that is co-located at the property. We had a great meal there!”

Really they make our stay joyful ….after one bad experience in Roma we was suspicious at the time when we did the booking.I definitely one return if is Milano !!!! “This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

“I was bitten by BEDBUGS, don't try to live here!!!!! I lived from November 21 to 22, there was a plane in the morning, I got up all swollen, I'm allergic and bitten, I thought I was allergic, everything got worse on the plane, they called a doctor and told me Bedbugs!!!! I wrote in hotel.com , where I bronzed the housing, asked for a refund, I was given some kind of coupon and the hostess did not even respond to my letters!!!! Sono stato morso da insetti, non provare a vivere qui!!!!! Ho...

“In pieno centro di Monza, parcheggio comodo e al sicuro a pochi metri (a pagamento, ma ci sta). Camera con spazi giusti, bagno spazioso e pulito (solo qualche difettino nelle fughe della doccia), in generale rapporto qualità/prezzo notevole!”

“La struttura è moderna e molto bella, la prima pecca sta sicuramente nell’orario per il check-in, che è fisso alle 15h, quindi purtroppo bisogna aspettare nonostante la stanchezza del viaggio. Il secondo punto negativo sta nelle pulizie nelle stanze. Visto lo standard dell’edificio e i costi, le pulizie dovrebbero essere incluse. ”
