  • Take a break from the everyday hustle and bustle at this beautiful, private, lakefront cottage. Spend your days exploring the nearby trails or relaxing at the water - swimming, fishing, or lounging with a book out on the private dock. You’re only 1.5km away from the Heritage Trail where you can easily access miles of ATV and snowmobiling trails. Lots of space to gather with friends and family - large patio with a BBQ or a lovely eat-in kitchen.

    Looking for a winter getaway? No problem! This is a four season cottage with a wood burning stove.

My friends and I had a lovely stay here! We planned for summer but it rained throughout - luckily the cottage is suitable for all seasons. The firepit setup was great for when it was cold, and the deck by the water was great for when the sun was finally out. We brought our own drinking water and food, but otherwise everything else was available. Totally worth the visit!

Second time here and great stay. Cottage is great and Ashley is responsive. Mainly on one level plus has gentle slope down to lake on one side so manageable for my mum with her walker. Saw hummingbird, heron, loon and a beaver. If coming in May bring your thermacell and a bug zapper

Super well appointed and beautiful location. Not a lot of information inside the cabin (check in, checkout etc) but the owner was helpful in answering texts /questions. We’d definitely go back!

Relaxation Heaven

We stayed for 4 days, although it rained for half of the stay the covered porch was incredible and a very relaxing environment to enjoy the rain, play some cards and just enjoy. The cottage has everything you need as well as close to town if you need to run out. It is clean and welcoming and everything we could have asked for. Thank you to our wonderful host!

My family and I stayed for two weeks. The cottage is beautiful and the location is lovely and quiet. The cottage had everything we needed and we greatly appreciated the laundry facilities so we didn't have to pack so much. The owner was available when needed and very friendly. Lots of kayaking and relaxing. Two beautiful beaches close by for swimming and a large lawn for games.

My stay was excellent! Bit soggy by the dock/fire pit, but having the water right there so close was excellent. My young doodle wonderful swimming experiences, a dock jumping experience. Everything you'd need was there.

Paradise

This place is paradise. It's on a quiet lake with clean water. The kids and I enjoyed swimming, fishing and boating. The cottage itself is lovely and has everything you need except for food and drinking water. The sunroom with the propane firepit is a game changer. Would definitely visit again, so serene.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great BUT the place was really great! The screened in porch made it so we could still be outside and have a fire (propane table) They thought of most things needed in our home away from home.

Very thankful! Great quiet spot!

The cottage was wonderful! It was clean and cozy and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We loved the porch with the propane fireplace. BBQ was clean and easy to use. Beds were comfortable. Ashley was great to deal with. We would come again!

Terrific Cottage and Host

We very much enjoyed ourselves at Ashley's cottage. Exactly as described, the cottage was spacious for the four of us, very clean, cozy and nicely designed. We especially loved the screened-in deck room with the centre fireplace. Great lake for kayaking and relaxing on the dock. Swimming is good if you boat out a bit for clearance. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect!

This cottage is wonderful, clean, everything you'd ever need is already there. great screened area with a propane fireplace, with comy seating all round. fabulous outside deck, and fire pit down by the lake.Love waking up to let my doodle out and she runs right in for swim. she loved it, and so did I. Thank you for being a wonderful host Ashley.

Good location and house had all we needed. The only issue was that it was over 35C for 2 or 3 days and there was no A/C or fans. Fortunately we brought our own but I think i would suggest the owners have fans for unprepared guests.

This cottage has the loveliest view of a sort of wetland area at first that turns into a pristine quiet lake in the distance. We saw blue jays and red squirrels and chickadees and in the water muskrats at dusk. It was so beautiful. The cottage is also very well equipped, and Ashley answered every question very promptly. I would definitely go back here. It is so private and peaceful. The screen room with the firetable was wonderful.
