“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

Accolte dalla signora delle pulizie gentilissima che ha fatto le veci del padrone di casa; supermarket bio con alternative vegane in zona; ci si sposta sia con metro sia con bus, che sono frequenti entrambe e funzionano bene; quasi tutti parlano inglese quindi abbastanza facile comunicare; se siete vegani non è la ‘città...

“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

“Fantastic Marias location. The room was everything I needed - especially for a solo traveller. About a 10 min walk to station, easy walk to lots of sites. Lots of local food shops and a supermarket 20 seconds walk away.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per un weekend in famiglia (4 persone) e la posizione è davvero strategica: vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Congressi e a pochi passi dalle fermate di metro, bus e RER. La zona è molto tranquilla, sicura e servita benissimo da negozi e ristoranti di ogni tipo, dal francese al fast food.L'appartamento, seppur piccolo, è estremamente funzionale e ben organizzato. “Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

“This was a perfect location for our first time in Paris. We stayed for 6 days and walked just about everywhere we could because of the convenience. We found some great eating options near by. There are plenty of shops with great prices. It worked well for a group of 3 girls. The host checked on us throughout our time. I definitely recommend staying here! ”

“Me and my fiancé Have spent 3 days in this marvellous flat in Marais. Mathieu has been very gentle and available for everything we required. Marais is the best choice we did and then Mathieu’s apartment! We will return definitely when the lift is available!”
