Friendly staff, it is always clean, welcoming entrance , close by shopping , best breakfast coffee. We like the water and cookies in the afternoon . Hotel room clean. Our room was not ready and Manager gave us a discounted rate on our pet fee.

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Highland Poughkeepsie
Staff was very pleasant the place was clean and well kept. My one complaint was the bed. The mattress was horrible. I truly did not think they made mattresses that uncomfortable anymore.

Hampton Inn by Hilton New Paltz
Loved it. Room was great. Shower and bathroom were large and nice. Nice snacks in the lobby and breakfast spread was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

The host, Jane, was super helpful. One thing that stood out about the place is waking up there, the bedroom as windows on all sides which you can only experience when you are there.
