Hotel a Lincoln Park

“The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. “The hotel was just the perfect place to have a quiet evening following a raucous party for a retired friend. The Staff was superb, the facility itself was immaculate and the breakfast offerings were second to none I've enjoyed anywhere else. The staff, from the Manager on Duty down to and including the fella preparing the breakfast offerings, all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs ! That was such a pleasant encounter that I will be back here to stay when I'm ever in the general vicinity ! ...
