“Super spacious room/great common spaces. Tavern on site was perfect. Fire places and pit outdoors all fired up/much appreciated. coffee/treats throughout the day. Nice touch”

“Terrible experience. Microwave didn’t work at all. Their guy came but couldn’t repair, so we brought some food but couldn’t warm it up. And we bought some charcoal but it wasn’t delivered so I called it and then they realized that I ordered it… so I had very terrible experience overall.”

“Loved this house and the quiet respite in the woods. It is a bit far from the village, but so lovely. Spacious suites are comfortable and bathroom is beautiful. The bed was wonderful. The staff was kind and gracious. Will visit again!”

“We thought this was a lovely weekend experience. Highly suggest going to the attached restaurant, and had a great time hiking to the nearby waterfall. A charming area and a charming place to stay.”

“This property is centrally located near Kingston and just across the bridge to Rhinebeck. While overall it is well maintained, the bathroom could use an update. How about getting a better hairdryer? For the inflated price they charge (which in on par surprisingly with many of the other hotels in the area), they should be able to upgrade the hairdryers. Breakfast is included and starts your morning on the right foot. A good place to stay.”

“Staff communicated promptly prior to arrival and allowed early access. Room very clean and lots of drawer and closet space. Nespresso machine in room with free snacks in kitchen area. All was fine, just as pictured and promised.”

“Everything was perfect. Loved the room, decor, snacks, coffee, microwave in kitchen and a lovely seating area outside.”

“Not a place I would likely return to. The bed was uncomfortable, and worn out. The space was small and not good for two people to navigate together. Some of the towels were stained. Shades do not block light well while trying to sleep. The lock on the door appeared to have been broken into, with a poor repair. On the plus side, it is walking distance to the town of Woodstock.”
