“This is not really a “hotel,” as there is no onsite staff. We had a slight hiccup at the beginning because we had not received the codes to access the building and our room, but that was remedied after a phone call. Our room (a one-bedroom apartment) was very spacious and comfortable. The biggest problem with the accommodation was that we could hear noise (voices and footsteps overhead) from other rooms, and this continued well after midnight, making it impossible to get to sleep. “The location of the property was excellent! The room we had was clean. Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available. Our air conditioner did not work properly and woke us up throughout the night.”

“We had a comfy stay at the Nautical Nest. Check-in was super easy. The room was clean and spacious. The AC unit helped keep the room cool on a hot day but turned off and on during the night which is a helpful energy saver but not great for sleep. Would stay here again.”
