“The staff was helpful, friendly. Nice location. The room was very clean and quiet, but so much of the place is brown. Brown carpet, brown paneled walls, brown chair, brown furniture, brown lamps. A minor detraction, but I look at hotel decor with a discerning eye and I like things to be less bland/mundane.”

“Would recommend. Hotel was easy to find and convenient from the main Rd. Front desk staff were friendly at checkin/out, helpful with local information during. Room was clean but had a very small entry area. Just enough to barely fit the luggage trolley, but we made it work. I would advise putting a tracker on the trolleys they do have, or getting more , since it was only 4 for the whole place. We checked out around 10am and sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for an available one to show up...

“I honestly just spent the night as part of a longer road-trip, but I found it quiet and comfortable, and the room was very clean when I arrived. Slept well, but unfortunately had to leave before breakfast.”

“Very nice place. Quiet. The breakfasts are included and are upscale with excellent staff service. Unless you are young and don't care, make sure you get a ground floor room - the upstairs rooms require a walk up a large staircase, and are inconvenient. Would definitely return. ”

“E' da consigliare un pernottamento in questo hotel, sia per la particolarità dell'ambiente (è praticamente un museo) che per la location, un borgo storico più che un paese. Naturalmente, dopo aver conosciuto Norman Rockwell ed aver visitato lo splendido museo con le sue opere, si capisce il motivo per cui vale la pena arrivare fino a Stockbridge ed al Red Lion Hotel.”

“Valerie at the front desk and who checked me in was above and beyond in customer service. She checked to see if I had a IGH account—which I did but had forgotten, and reminded me about the points and promotions. This Holiday Inn is a well managed property. Thank you”

“Great Time! Beautiful new tents with all the items you need to Glamp with from silverware to tupperware. Comfy beds and comforter! Everyone was so nice and you know they love what they do! Next fall/foiliage camping in the trapper with the wood stove !”
