“clean, nicely appointed room with all the little extras that count: tissues, makeup towel, coffee maker, trash basket in bathroom and main room, even a little kitchen area on ground floor with oatmeal, snacks, fruit, tea, halfnhalf, oat and almond milk for coffee in small fridge.
