“Needs a severe update”

“We didn't see anyone in The Villaje Inn during our stay. You have to do the check in and check out in the near by Hotel Beekman Arms and that was a nigthmare for us because because we arrive a 10:30pm. The walking distance is 15minutes. The property is ok if you only want to sleep there. The beds are comfortable but tv doesn't work properly, nor the A/C. For the price is ok. The complemantary breakfast is ok.”

“It was a joy to be there for it had everything including real cups and saucers with spoons! No paper cups, which I appreciated. Plus live bamboo in the room and more than adequate bathroom products including new tooth brushes. Real art and prints on the wall that gave it a very Asian- European flair. Lovely”

“The location and staff and room were amazing. The only concern I had was the $150 per night deposit. While I know it is standard, it's a lot for someone to have held while on vacation. This was the highest total I have had to pay, and I have stayed at the midtown hilton in NYC. I just wish there was a smaller fee. ”

“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
