“The staff was very freindly and helpful. I thought this place was a great value. Clean room. Breakfast was good. I took advantage of the fitness room which was nice to have. Good location, close to restaurants and a grocery store. ”

“This B&B is located near FDR's beautiful home in Hyde Park, as well as the Vanderbilt Estate. The owners have broad knowledge of the area's historic attractions, outdoor activities on the Hudson, and nearby excellent restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay.”

“Staff were super nice and friendly. easy and fast check in. I arrived at 3:30pm. Loved the Lobby area was festively decorated and immediately felt in the holiday spirit. Had a little free coffee/tea station 24-7 and breakfast was delicious. Standard breakfast fare but constantly cleaned and freshly upkept. Had a 2 queen room and Beds were okay. Kindof firm for my liking. Everything clean. We faced the front and very quiet. I would Return to Hampton inn Kingston ”
