No hot water .Main door left unlocked Nobody on reception after the last person booked in and the lady who was there when I arrived seemed very under the weather. I was too scared too stay there alone with my daughter. Black bags of rubbish left lying all 9ver the place. Verandah filthy and full of cigarette stubs so was unusable. “Very easy to check in and out, everything looked just like the pictures, cafe next door and a bar/restaurant a few doors down. There was only 2 chairs around the breakfast bar but 4 place mats so I’m not sure how a family of 4 like us where meant to eat together There was also no lamp in the downstairs bedroom which isn’t a massive deal but it would have been nice to have some form of light in the evening/night without having the big light on The tv was oddly placed in the living...
