“Third stay here and I love it. Beautiful property, large rooms, great pool, friendly and helpful staff. Had dinner there too. A bit pricey but food was good and service great. Used to be an optical manufacturing plant and has been beautifully repurposed into a lovely hotel. Best place to stay if you are antiquing in Brimfield. Good restaurants close by too.”

“This property has not been updated in a long time. This had to be amazing in its day. Geese are all over and poop in the water so we couldn’t swim in the lake. There’s a fee for the fire pit. No food or drinks due to lack of staff. No coffee or microwave in room, no hot tub. But… great staff, pool great, nice on first floor facing lake (chairs provided to sit outside, upgraded for free, price was very reasonable for we got, clean room, bed ok, excellent food locations nearby. “Someone had obviously smoked in our room, so we told our host right away, and he quickly moved us to another room, which was actually larger than the one we had booked. It was behind the motel instead of on the road, so it was especially quiet. There is a vacant field next to it, so we had nice cross-ventilation when we opened the windows. We searched when we were en route because the original listing had too much mold, so it made landing in a nice, clean place extra appreciated!”

“The Inn is an old post and beam; beautiful old house. The room was not your typical hotel room; it was an Inn room - much more character & charm. Only negative was my creamer for my needed morning coffee had gone bad :(”

“It is an older hotel but you can tell a lot of work is done to it. Everything was bright, clean and working. The bed was comfortable and the area was pretty quiet. You get what you pay for here. I did enjoy that the room I had, had a mini fridge, seeing I bring up my own soda and snack etc. ”
