“We enjoyed our six-night stay very much. The house is beautifully renovated while still retaining its charm. It was fun cooking, eating, and playing Uno in the farmhouse kitchen, and the back yard was nice for our nephew to kick a soccer ball around. The scenery is lovely, with large hills in front and behind, and the location, about halfway between Watkins Glen and Corning, worked out well for us. “Wine and Roses is a very cute house. It is on the small size, but that was fine with us. There is a master bedroom with a small bathroom (handicap bars in the shower!). The two other bedrooms are a nice size. The hall bath is small, but more than adequate. This is an older home with older furnishings. A few of the sofas and chairs were covered. Our dogs are well trained and do not get on furniture or beds, but the coverings didn't bother us, either. The best part is that the house is on a...
