“My friend had accidentally lost her backpack on the train just before we had arrived to the hotel for check in. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station. After we explained the situation the hotel staff asked us what train we were on and what the backpack looked like and offered to call the station for us to help locate the backpack. This was a huge relief to us because we were worried about the language barrier over...

“Wir hatten ein Japan Deluxe Zimmer mit eigenen Onsen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hatten für das Dinner und Frühstück einen privaten Raum ( Japan Style) Das Dinner und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bestand aus mehreren Gängen. Ein Lob an die Küche und das Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“温泉は、最高でした。夕食、朝食も最高でした。新幹線で上田下車後、ローカル線で戸倉で降りるのですが、接続は、比較的にスムーズでした。帰りは、駅まで送ってくれました。新幹線が長野を通るまでは、たいへん栄えた温泉街であり、今も変わらない趣きがありました。”

“とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフも親切で、朝食も評判通り美味しかったです。唯一残念なのが、ルーフトップテラスが22時でクローズしてしまうことでしょうか。湯畑の夜のライトアップを観つつ夕飯を外で済ませる人が多いので、その後お風呂に入るのを考慮すると、ルーフトップはせめて23時まで開けてもらえると助かります。”
