Gli ospiti potranno trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in questa casa per famiglie, completamente arredata, con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La nostra casa rurale sarebbe anche uno spazio calmo e familiare per una persona responsabile / persone che lavorano temporaneamente nella zona. La camera da letto principale / principale ha un letto Queen-size, mentre le 1 camere rimanenti sono arredate con un letto / i full-size (s), comodo per dormire 4/5 persone.  Il soggiorno è arredato con nuovo divano e divanetto e TV a schermo piatto da 42 ". Abbiamo Hughes Net Internet. La cucina è completamente arredata e ha una sala da pranzo che può ospitare 6 persone. La nostra casa ha anche Direct TV, lavanderia e una griglia sul grande ponte anteriore. C'è spazio per i bambini per andare in bicicletta nel cortile.

Ecco una mia piccola storia ... La mia famiglia possiede questa proprietà da molti anni e l'ho acquistata da mio zio a metà degli anni '90. Ho adorato l'atmosfera tranquilla che questa zona ha da offrire. Mi sono goduto molti anni di Bass Fishing sul lago Wedowee e, se necessario, posso offrire tour / consigli. Recentemente sposato / trasferito e vogliamo condividere questa pace e tranquillità con gli altri.

Lago Wedowee (R. L. Harris Reservoir) è uno dei laghi più puliti del sud-est ed è un ottimo posto per pescare, andare in barca, andare in kayak, cacciare e rilassarsi. La nostra casa si trova a soli 8 miglia da Town of Wedowee (East on Hwy 48) e 8 miglia da Lineville (West Hwy 48) che offre entrambi alcuni ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e gente simpatica. Roanoke è a sole 15 miglia e ha Wal-Mart e il nuovo ospedale da aprire nell'autunno del 2017. Questa proprietà si trova a circa venti minuti di auto da Cheaha State Park e 35 minuti dalla Talladega Superspeedway. Si trova inoltre a 5 minuti dai negozi del Santuario degli uccelli piemontesi, della miniera d'oro dell'Alabama e dei negozi di sentieri antichi! Benvenuto e buon divertimento!

We had a really pleasant stay and are happy to give this a 5-star review, especially because Kenny was an outstanding host. From the very beginning, communication was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience, and that made a big difference for us.Pros:- Very convenient location for our trip- Easy check-in and great communication- The space was welcoming and comfortable- Everything we needed for our stay was provided- Quiet, relaxing atmosphere after long days outAs with any well-loved property, this home has some character and signs of age, but it was functional, comfortable, and never took away from our ability to enjoy the trip. We felt at home here and appreciated the laid-back, unpretentious vibe.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely book again — mostly because of how great Kenny was as a host. Spacious and Homey

This property has a ton of space and a homey feel. Everything inside was clean, just the outside of the house had a lot of build-up from dirt and bugs, and the porch had a lot of dry-rotting. Aside from some dogs down the road, the location is good and just far enough from Lineville. Communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive and attentive to any needs we had.

Talladega Speedway trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and would so totally stay here again. Linny Bo’s restaurant is located 5 mins from the property and is the best food I had while I was there. Very nice and quite area and is big enough for a friend group or a family

Base of operations for a section hike on the Pinhoti Trail

Excellent location for heading to outdoor activities in the area. Home is generously sized for families. Host was easy to contact and has family nearby should anything pop up. Rural setting but with all the basic services nearby.

Hunting trip

We took a trip from North Georgia to do some rabbit hunting and the house had everything we needed. From having the little things that we forgot like cups to having a washer and dryer to use for our hunting clothes. We will definitely be booking it again.

Thanksgiving with Family

Quiet country setting that we love as a family. We stayed here from Nov 20th - 25th and it was really great. It was centrally located between all our family members which made it so easy to visit with as many as possible. The home was clean and stocked with all essentials. Host was very easy to communicate with. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Mobile home in the woods

The property is advertised and priced well. It suited our needs with showers, kitchen, and comfortable beds to sleep in. It is a quick drive to Lake Wedowee and all that little lakeside community has to offer.

Secluded and Quiet

The owners were in contact and made the check-in/check-out process easy. As for the home it was very clean and well stocked as listed. The front porch was nice sitting outside and using the propane grill. The bedrooms were nice size with very comfortable beds. My daughter really enjoyed to Huge bath tub in the master bath. The home is located about a 20 minute ride from some larger cities but there is a nice restaurant just 5 minutes away. A few gas stations and dollar generals close as well. We came down for the race and it was nice to come back here and settle down after all the action of the day. I hope to be back next spring.

AMAZING!

I booked Mr. Davis house for my fiance and his friend to get a away on a guys trip, some issue arose with the dates I booked and Kenney was more than willing to change the dates so they were still able to go. Thank you so much.. My fiance and his friend had a super awesome time. They did a little site seeing but mainly went gem stone and gold mining!! They brought back alot of cool gems and some gold. They said they are gonna try to make this a yearly guys getaway. Thanks again Kenny for helping being felxible when they couldn make the original dates.

What a special place!

We made some great memories staying in this beautiful house. It was bigger than our actual house with lots of room for my kids to play outside. It was a perfect location for visiting our family and visiting Cheaha State park. Kenny was a wonderful host!

Vacation rental

Me and my brother and my cousin rented this property for a fishing trip to Lake Wedowee. It was a very nice and clean place and very comfortable. We had two bass boats and trucks parked and had plenty of room. The owner of the property was very nice to talk to and deal with on renting the property. I highly recommend this property.

Nice place

The home is spacious and had a surface clean. I enjoyed the stay despite the critter living in the attic/ceiling that can be heard rustling around at nigh. I would stay again, however I highly suggest investing in nice towels, bed linens, and a good set of pots & pans. The towels & washcloths are old and very worn. The bed linens used on our beds had bleach stains and were torn. The bed comforter in the master bedroom also had a yellowish ring on the inside cover.

Home away from home
