“Ci hanno chiesto una caparra per danni alla camera pari ha 180 euro. Non abbiamo rotto o rovinato niente del contenuto della stanza. L' unica cosa un graffio alla porta del bagno che non abbiamo fatto noi ( che era già presente) ma hanno accusato mio marito di averla urtata con la sedia a rotelle. Cosa impossibile come da foto successivamente fatte. Ciò nonostante non hanno votato il danno si sono tenuti l intera caparra.
