Located at the 28 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks, this spacious 5 bedroom lakefront home is located at the mouth of a beautiful cove with a gorgeous view of the main channel. This vacation home has been redecorated and updated throughout. It offers a gentle sloping lot and a private boat dock with a large swim platform and kayaks to use for fun in the sun with the whole family!

MAIN LEVEL Enter into a large, open living/dining room area with vaulted ceilings, skylight, comfortable couches/rocker recliner, wood-burning fireplace, a bar, and a large flat screen TV. This open floor plan offers a fantastic dining room table that seats 14 comfortably, and a full view of the lake through the floor to ceiling windows. The adjacent kitchen has a large window overlooking the lake with new appliances. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, traditional coffee maker, a Keurig, blender, crockpots, and everything you will need for a fabulous vacation! The main level boasts 3 bedrooms, the lakeview primary suite offers floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the lake, an electric fireplace that can be used with or without the heating element, and a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom is a king bedded primary suite with a beautifully remodeled primary bath complete with a walk in shower and double sinks. The 3rd bedroom on this level offers a queen bed, and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub/shower. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and are tastefully decorated so that you feel you are truly on vacation! A large open air deck will greet you as you step through the sliding doors of the living room. Enjoy the sunrise over the lake with comfortable seating and a sizable dining set. Stairs lead from the upper deck to the lower deck for convenience.

LOWER LEVEL: This level offers the best hang out space for kids and kids at heart! It consists of a large, comfortable game room complete with a pool table with a ping-pong conversion top, air hockey, full size arcade game (plays 16 games including Ms. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger, and Space Invaders), dart board, a second kitchen/bar with sink, refrigerator/freezer, pub table, large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and full bathroom. This game room has large windows that overlook the lake, and a sliding glass door that leads to the lower deck, patio, and lakefront. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are on this lower level. The 4th bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, attached full bath, and sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and hot tub. The 5th bedroom is a bunk room that can sleep 8 (2 bunk beds with a queen mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top), with a flat screen TV. A laundry room is also available for your use, along with an ironing board and iron.

OUTSIDE: You will find an upper sun deck and a lower covered deck with ceiling fans, attached patio with a hot tub that seats 8, gas grill, tables, chairs, chaise loungers, and Adirondack chairs. There is a fire pit and firewood as for roasting marshmallows! Our private dock includes a 10' X 24' slip for your boat, a water mat and a large swim platform. This house has plenty of parking with a driveway that can accommodate approximately 6 cars and guests also have use of one side of the garage.

Also included in your stay is Wifi and basic cable, all televisions are Netflix ready (although Netflix services are not provided by the owner). Remember, you can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management!

Please note: The house is monitored by external cameras. The driveway can accommodate approximately 6 cars (or a combo of cars and a trailer) and guests also have use of one side of the garage.
