“The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast was fine. There were a few minor repairs needed in the room, like torn Formica on the night tables. My key card malfunctioned several times but the staff quickly fixed that. I wish there had been a few hooks in the bathroom. And an alarm clock and a TV guide.”

“The towels in the bathroom were very worn and frayed. Some even had holes in them. The only curtains on the window were blackout drapes. Since we were on a ground floor we could not have any light from the window except by having the drapes open which then allowed for anyone to look easily into the room. The electrical lighting was very poor, nothing but a few lamps which were inadequate. Also thought the complimentary breakfast was poor. The donuts were stale and the other things served...
