“Sandy was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Her smile lite up the whole room. Kudos for having an employee who was happy to be at her job.”

“The cinnamon rolls were not soft. The toilets in 2 of our 3 rooms didn't flush and had to have the stopper pulled after each use. One coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise, nice stay and great location for our activities. They also deactivated our key cards early before checkout which caused one party to get locked out of their room.”

“Nothing about this place screams Amazing stay. The staff are rude. The Hotel smells bad. They have spiders everywhere in the rooms! They treated my service animal (DOG) bad. The refrigerator was not cold enough in one room so they switched us to another room and that refrigerator didn't work. Their pool is never open. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even if it was the last resort. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable as well as reasonably priced. There weren't a lot of options at the continental breakfast, but it provided what I needed to start my day.”

“This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.”

“Staff was incredible and helpful. I have a chemical allergy and they were kind enough accommodate my needs.”

“Every thing was clean, staff was excellent. The only down fall was only 2 towels for a weekend stay and the rolls of toilet paper were used and no spare rolls. ”

“Extremely clean and updated spaces from lobby to rooms. Quiet and in a safe area. Noon check out time is also a great perk! Will stay again when in the area.”
