“We got to the motel around 8 PM Saturday night 5/16. I told the front desk that we were there to check in and made our reservations via Expedia. She asked me to give her my driver's license and I did. She looked at my license and told us we could not stay there because we lived to close to the motel. We said you got to be kidding! “Just a very pleasant surprise on many levels. This is a smaller hotel that is newer, yet retains its charm as a unique, mountain type escape. Staff is extremely helpful. Be aware that because this is not a chain, staff hours are not 24/7, so it is worth confirming your arrival time with the hotel directly a day or two in advance to ensure someone is there to greet you and get you checked in.
