“Overall the stay was good, the rooms and surrounding common areas could use a little love however. Staff was amazingly helpful as I needed to check in late that evening. ”

The real problem was the loud late check-in across the hall (1:30 am), followed by management having a loud discussion with them in the hall about their declined credit card at 2:15 am. “Our original room was not so good. Opened the door. It smelled like pot. It was old, outdated. No balcony. Guest check in switched our room out. That room was very nice. Recently updated, still no balcony. Remodeling was not a welcome sight or SOUND. Parking lot blocked, noise was horrible. The drunken parrot bar was surprise . ”
