“We arrived for a wedding with my kids. My son is disabled and has trouble with stairs. When we arrived I learned the elevator was not working and we would have to go up 3 flights of stairs to bring our things. When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. “We had a wonderful time staying at the Lego hotel! My 5 year old had A BLAST!! Honestly, legoland was super fun but the hotel seemed to be the bigger hit! The only thing I didn’t really like was that the rooms have no phone or a way to contact staff if needed. It was kind of hard to locate anyone to help during the night when neighbors were super loud at 11 pm. Other than that, it was a great stay for kids!”
