“Great hotel but not in the location it says on the map on hotels.com. We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport. ”

“If you have to take a train to Xianbei (Xi’an north international railway) this hotel is the best. Beautiful and is just to 10 minutes by car to the station”

“Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza”
